Are you ready to embark on this journey with us?Who We're Looking For?Preferably has 5+ years of experience in QMS roles based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry.Experience for Lead internal and external audit activities, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.Fluent in English,Excited about being part of a dream,A strong believer in the power of winning together,Able to use MS Office & SAP Programs actively,Able to come to our site in KEK Sei Mangkei, North SumateraWhat You'll Be Doing?To support, maintain, and continually improve an organization’s management system to ensure compliance with standards and requirement of Integrated Management System as well as compliance with internal business requirements. The role focuses on ensuring processes are controlled, documented, monitored, and continually improved so the organization consistently delivers products or services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities :Implement QMS programs according to the schedule established by the QMS Manager.Ensure and maintain the implementation of the Integrated Management System in the related area.Review and verify HACCP, VACCP and TACCPConduct verification and follow up on corrective actions for every customer product complaint.Prepare and manage documentation related to the Integrated Management System in accordance with company standards.Coordinate investigations and the completion of Internal Audit CAR, CCAR, and NCR reports to ensure closure within the agreed timeline.Integrate 5S/5R principles into workplace culture.Improve employee awareness of work area cleanliness and order through gemba, inspection or audit.Support compliance with workplace standards through continuous education.Carry out work in accordance with HSE policies and procedure.Support the achievement of zero accidents through improving competence and promoting safe behavior.⚠️ Important Announcement from EvyapWe would like to inform all job seekers and business partners that recently, some fake job postings have been shared on various platforms using Evyap’s name and logo without authorization.Please note that Evyap never requests any payment or personal financial information from candidates during the recruitment process.
