Quality Management System (QMS) Supervisor

We are looking for a Quality Management System (QMS) Supervisor to support the organization in developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Quality Management System. The role will be responsible for managing policies and procedures, conducting internal audits, coordinating external audits, monitoring compliance, identifying process gaps, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.Candidate Requirements:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in:Industrial EngineeringBusiness AdministrationAccountingAny other relevant disciplineKey Responsibilities:Develop and review company policies, procedures, SOPs, and process documentation.Conduct internal audits and follow up on findings and corrective actions.Coordinate third-party, certification, and external audits.Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.Develop process maps, audit programs, compliance trackers, and risk and control documentation.Monitor compliance with approved policies and procedures.Support the development of the company’s broader Governance, Risk & Compliance framework.Preferred Certifications:ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor, CIA, CRMA, CISA, or other relevant QMS/GRC certifications.
