Quality Manager

Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Quality Manager looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?We're looking for a Quality Manager to take ownership of quality performance across our Bath manufacturing site. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you'll lead the quality function, working closely with Operations and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement, enhance product quality, and support the delivery of operational excellence.As Quality Manager, you will lead the site quality function, working closely with Operations and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards, and championing a culture where safety comes first.
