Join us and take your career to new heights!What will you do?Follow and supervise the application of safety rules according to company policies and regulationsLead the Quality Team managing priorities, eliminating bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues to ensure maximum efficiency in productionCoordinate internal resources to identify and resolve non-conformities, acting as process leader and suggesting corrective and preventive actions, ensuring proper communication with clients and other internal functionsLead the implementation, ensure compliance with the company’s integrated system of procedures and standards, and suggest improvementsPropose relevant changes to continuous improvement processes, methods, and practices of quality control in accordance with client’s and internal quality standardsVerify quality reports, reporting relevant issues to the Plant Manager if necessaryPlan and guarantee the implementation of internal audits to satisfy ISO safety certification standardsGuarantee the correct execution of the quality control plan for new and existing products, supporting the team in the measurement activities, if necessaryEnsure correct calibration of all laboratory instruments through internal control plans, relying on internal resources and external suppliersEnsure proper management of incoming materialsProvide support in the industrialization of new products and the implementation of processes or materials, supervising process performanceWhat are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experienceSolid experience in a Quality department within an ISO-certified manufacturing company, preferably in the packaging industryApplied knowledge of measurement instruments and inspection techniquesGood knowledge of statistical process control and statistical analysisExcellent knowledge of ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, and/or IM)Good knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and best practicesFluency in French and EnglishWhat do we offer?Continuous training: Grow professionally by working alongside industry expertsDynamic and international environment: Join a team engaged in global projectsCareer growth opportunities in an industry-leading companyInternal mobility: Opportunities for job rotation and career progressionDaily lunch includedSounds like a fit?
