We are a lean, global team driven by a passion for motorcycles, adventure and creating gear that helps riders feel protected, confident and themselves.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Quality Manager to help ensure every Pando Moto product meets our standards for fit, construction, workmanship, and finish. You’ll review samples and production quality, document your findings, and work directly with suppliers and QC teams to resolve issues and prevent them from recurring. Based at our Vilnius head office, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Development and Production, coordinate external inspections, and support the Senior Quality Manager in maintaining and improving our quality standards. This role suits someone with strong garment expertise, sound technical judgement, and the confidence to turn quality findings into clear, practical actions.Key ResponsibilitiesReview PROTO, PPS and PSS samples for workmanship, measurements, fit, construction, trims, labels, prints, packaging, and overall product quality.Conduct and participate in fit sessions, document findings, and provide clear technical comments to suppliers.Review garment measurements against approved specifications and identify deviations and recurring measurement issues.Approve or reject samples according to established quality requirements and escalate critical issues to the Senior Quality Manager when required.Prepare clear and detailed sample comments and QC reports, including supporting photos and technical explanations.Follow up with suppliers to ensure that requested improvements and corrective actions are implemented in production.Coordinate 3rd-party QC inspections, including inspection bookings, AQL requirements, special inspection notes, reference samples, and follow-up of inspection results.Review 3rd-party QC reports and highlight critical, major, recurring, or commercially unacceptable findings.Carry out internal warehouse quality inspections and identify workmanship, measurement, packaging, labelling, and production consistency issues.Monitor recurring quality problems across styles and suppliers and report trends to the Senior Quality Manager.Support investigation of warranty claims, customer returns, and production defects, providing technical quality input where required.Check labels, care labels, CE information, trims, prints, embroidery, packaging, and other product details against approved specifications and BOM requirements.Maintain accurate quality records, sample comments, inspection findings, approvals, and rejection history.Communicate directly with manufacturers and QC teams regarding quality findings, corrective actions, approvals, and production concerns.Work closely with Product Development and Production teams when quality findings require pattern, construction, material, measurement, or workmanship improvements.Support the Senior Quality Manager in implementing and maintaining company quality standards, inspection procedures, supplier quality monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.What We’re Looking ForExperience in garment quality control, garment technology, production, product development, or a similar apparel role. Experience with technical or protective apparel is an advantage.A degree in textile engineering, industrial engineering, quality management, or a closely related field.Strong knowledge of garment construction, workmanship, fit, measurements, fabrics, trims, and manufacturing processes.Ability to read tech packs, bills of materials (BOMs), measurement and grading tables, and apply AQL inspection principles.A sharp eye for quality issues and the confidence to turn findings into clear, actionable feedback for suppliers.Strong organization and follow-through: you can manage multiple samples, inspections, supplier follow-ups, and deadlines while tracking improvements through to resolution.Professional working proficiency in English, including written communication with international suppliers.A collaborative approach to working with Production, Product Development, suppliers, and QC teams, and an interest in preventing recurring defects.Willingness to travel occasionally to suppliers and production sites, including our Sri Lanka hub.AQL or QC auditor certification is a plus, but is not required.What We OfferOwnership and impact – help maintain the quality of our products by identifying issues, working with suppliers on improvements, and helping prevent defects from recurring.International collaboration – work directly with manufacturers and QC teams abroad, with opportunities to visit suppliers and our Sri Lanka production hub.A rider mindset in practice - motorcycle licence support, access to company motorcycles and an annual budget for Pando Moto products.Health and wellbeing support - private health insurance.Growth opportunities - a personal learning budget and space to grow professionally as the company continues to scale internationally.A strong team culture - monthly Friday lunches, team events, birthday gifts, and a pet-friendly office.
