For a quality professional who wants ownership, technical variety, and a direct line to leadership, this is a rare combination.Job DetailsBachelor's degree in engineering, quality, materials science, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment5 or more years of progressive quality experience in a precision manufacturing setting, ideally including aerospace, defense, or other tightly regulated industriesDirect experience operating within an AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality management system, including audit preparation and maintenanceFamiliarity with ITAR requirements and export controlled environmentsWorking knowledge of CMMC or similar cybersecurity/compliance frameworks is a plusExperience with CNC machining and/or metal additive manufacturing quality requirements, including GD&T, dimensional inspection, and first article inspection (AS9102 or similar)Strong root cause and corrective action (RCCA) skills, including 8D, fishbone, and similar problem solving methodologiesExperience managing supplier quality, nonconformance processes, and internal auditsProven ability to lead and develop a quality team, not just execute individual quality tasksExcellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the quality function credibly to customers, auditors, and executive leadershipComfort operating in a fast paced, still maturing organization where processes are actively being built and refinedInterested in hearing more?
