Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and manage quality assurance and quality control activities for major Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery projects across the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining project quality management systems, ensuring compliance with client specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS).Lead all QA/QC activities throughout the project lifecycle, from engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, client specifications, project requirements, and applicable industry standards.Manage quality audits, inspections, surveillance activities, and corrective/preventive action programs.Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and Quality Control Plans.Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and third-party inspection agencies.Monitor project quality performance through KPIs and prepare quality reports for project management and clients.Lead investigations of non-conformances and implement effective corrective actions.Supervise and mentor QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and quality personnel across project locations.Support supplier and subcontractor qualification, evaluation, and performance assessments.Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, QatarEnergy, PDO, KNPC, KOC, or other regional client quality requirements, where applicable.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).10-15 years of overall experience in Quality Management within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, EPC, or Industrial Construction projects.Minimum 5 years in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role on major Middle East projects.Proven experience working with EPC contractors, operating companies, and multinational project teams.
