Engage in complex financial analysis and reporting that supports strategic decision-making and drives business success.What You Will ExperienceLead and manage QA, QC, and HSE activities, ensuring effective implementation of quality, safety, and environmental standards.Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and support occupational health & safety compliance aligned with ISO 45001.Establish and monitor quality control standards throughout the production process, from incoming materials to in-process and finished goods inspection.Ensure quality consistency across offset printing, flexible packaging, folding carton, and other packaging production processes.Control critical printing parameters including color calibration, ink properties, paper/substrate specifications, printing accuracy, and machine performance.Apply quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, TQM, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen to reduce defects, waste, rework, and customer complaints.Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring quality issues and production deviations.Develop and monitor quality KPIs, analyze trends, and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.Conduct internal audits, inspections, hazard analysis, and risk assessments to maintain audit and certification readiness.Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.Handle quality related customer requirements, complaints, technical discussions, and corrective action follow-up.Lead, coach, and develop QA/QC and HSE teams, while promoting quality ownership and a strong safety culture across production.Provide quality and safety training to employees and ensure consistent adherence to SOPs and operational standards.What is Required:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Quality Manager, QA Manager, or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment.Strong preference for candidates with experience in Printing, Flexible Packaging, Packaging, or Offset Printing, or Folding Carton industries.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; knowledge and practical exposure to ISO 45001 is highly preferred.Solid understanding of quality control systems and methodologies, including Six Sigma, TQM, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.Strong understanding of printing processes, particularly color management/calibration, ink and paper/substrate properties, printing defects, and machine operations.Experience conducting quality audits, HSE inspections, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.Strong analytical capability with experience using quality KPIs and production data to drive decisions and improvements.Proven experience in leading and developing teams.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to liaise with management, production teams, suppliers, auditors, and customers.Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.High attention to detail, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing technologies, regulations, manufacturing requirements, and customer expectations.
