Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain compliance with DHA, JCI, and other regulatory standards.Coordinate accreditation readiness activities, audits, and compliance reviews.Monitor and support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across the organization.Assist in the development, review, and management of policies, procedures, and clinical governance documentation.Analyze quality indicators, KPIs, and performance metrics, and support reporting activities.Facilitate data collection, performance monitoring, and improvement projects.Deliver quality and patient safety training, education, and awareness sessions.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety.Maintain accurate records related to quality assurance, audits, accreditation, and governance activities.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Allied Health, Quality Management, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare quality, accreditation, clinical governance, patient safety, or a related discipline.Knowledge of DHA, JCI, quality improvement methodologies, risk management, and healthcare regulations.Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ or equivalent) is an advantage.
