Key Responsibilities

Perform GMP, sanitation, and pre-operation inspectionsConduct ATP, allergen, and environmental swabbingPerform pH, temperature, chemical strength, and product weight testingCollect and maintain finished-product and shelf-life samplesComplete batch records and quality documentationMonitor production processes for food safety and quality complianceIdentify quality issues and document NCRs/corrective actionsSupport internal audits, calibration, and food safety programsEnsure products meet established quality and customer specificationsWhat We’re Looking For:High School Diploma/GED or equivalentEntry-level candidates are welcome to applyFood manufacturing, QA/QC, laboratory, or food safety experience is a plusEducational background in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field is a plusStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsAbility to work independently in a production environmentComfortable working in a wet, cold/refrigerated environment around 35°FSpanish language skills are a plusThis could be a great opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in Food Quality, Food Safety, or Quality Control.
