Quantitative DeveloperQuantitative Developers (QDs) sit at the critical intersection between quantitative research and software development, working closely with researchers and developers to design and implement systems that amplify the scale, speed and depth of our research.QDs engage with different aspects of our system to enhance research efficiency across all levels. They may write high-performance computational operators to resolve micro-level bottlenecks, or design automation frameworks that streamline workflows at a macro scale. The core mission is to continuously improve how research is performed, making it faster, more systematic, and more scalable.A successful QD blends engineering depth and quantitative rigor. They possess a strong command of computer systems, algorithms, and performance engineering, combined with a solid foundation in statistics and mathematics.
