Quantitative Developer – Python | DubaiI am hiring a Quantitative Developer for a leading global quantitative investment firm in Dubai.This is a pure quantitative development role, working independently alongside senior researchers and portfolio managers across multiple global markets.The role will involve:• Automating and streamlining large-scale data preparation and cleaning• Building and supporting new quantitative trading frameworks• Productionising strategies developed by quantitative researchers• Expanding and upgrading the team’s research and trading platform• Improving code quality and development practices across the research teamThe ideal candidate will have:• Strictly 2–6 years of relevant experience• Exceptional Python programming skills—Python is non-negotiable• Strong experience with NumPy, pandas, or similar Python libraries• Experience handling large datasets and building research or trading tools• The ability to take ownership and work independently with senior stakeholders• Exposure to quantitative finance or machine learning would be advantageousCandidates can be based anywhere globally, and visa sponsorship is available.
