What will success look like: If you are able to delve deep and wide into synthetic datageneration from our current primary researches to help clients with preliminary hypotheses or predictions of the content they are creating at an increasingly faster pace, we would love to hold you up for the industry.Responsibilities1) Business Development / Proposal Writing with evolved approaches to quantitative researches2) Able to connect 1000+ data points and analyse through unconventional cross-tabs3) Use multivariates to find a better meaning of data rather than to overwhelm with the stats behind it4) Experiment with your own knowledge to move to synthetic data generation from primary research5) Rest, leave it to us - we have enough wherewithal to support you through this journey Qualifications1) Masters in Statistics / Mathematics or any other subjects like Quant Economics, etc.; maybe even MBAs with a great appreciation of the Quantitative part of Financial Management, Modelling part in Operations Management or Statistical Applications in Research2) If you have 80%+ or equivalent CGPAs in your bachelors and masters3) If you are from one of the top 10-15 colleges / universities of specific categories4) Should have experimented with various multivariate research statistics / techniques for 2 years min5) Should have experimented with data modelling approaches and distributions6) Should have experimented with various forms of significance testing for 2 years min7) Should have experimented with synthetic personas with advances in LLM atleast in the qualitative space8) Another big thing - should be able to see data through a common sense knowledge before coming to any conclusion for the client
