This role requires a professional who can navigate the complexities of the crypto markets, manage trading with precision while also contributing to the firm's trading objectives.Duties & ResponsibilitiesExecute client trades, optimizing for best execution while mitigating market impact, and maintaining discretionDevelop and implement quantitative strategies that align with client trading goals and market opportunitiesAnalyze market trends and liquidity to inform both proprietary and client-focused trading decisionsContinuously assess and manage trading risks in real-time for both the firm and clientsCreate algorithmic trading tools to automate and improve trade execution processesUse statistical analysis to improve trading models and provide market insights to clientsEnsure all trading practices adhere to regulatory standards and internal compliance policiesRequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field with a solid foundation in trading algorithmsProven track record in quantitative trading and client execution within crypto or similar financial marketsExpertise in low-level programming languages (C++, Rust) and familiarity with blockchain technologyStrong analytical skills with an ability to communicate complex concepts to a diverse audienceExceptional risk management and problem-solving abilitiesBenefitsAs one of the leading Web3 innovators, Hex Trust offers a front-row seat in the ever-changing blockchain & crypto industry.
