The Quantitative Trainer will deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude and related topics, focusing on placement and job preparation for students aspiring to join the tech industry. Responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, creating and refining practice questions and assessments, and using real placement scenarios to help learners build speed and accuracy. The role involves tracking learner progress, providing individualized feedback, clarifying doubts, and supporting students with exam and interview readiness. The trainer will collaborate with other faculty members and the academic team to continuously improve training content and methodologies.QualificationsStrong command of quantitative aptitude topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data interpretation, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and logically.Experience in classroom teaching, training, or coaching for placement exams, competitive exams, or campus recruitment tests.Ability to design and evaluate practice tests, assignments, and assessments that measure conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an engaging and learner-centered teaching style.Comfort with using basic digital tools (presentations, online resources, learning platforms) to support teaching and learner engagement.Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Management; strong academic performance in quantitative subjects is preferred.Prior experience with campus placement training or test-prep organizations is an advantage.Ability to work full time from the Jodhpur center, maintain professional conduct, and support diverse learners in an inclusive and non-discriminatory manner.
