The team is committed to delivering high-impact training that bridges the gap between academic learning and job market expectations.Role Description The Quantitative Trainer – Jodhpur will be responsible for delivering engaging, placement-oriented quantitative aptitude training to college students and job seekers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur, involving classroom sessions, doubt clarification, and practice test discussions. The trainer will design lesson plans, create problem sets, and use structured methodologies to teach topics such as arithmetic, algebra, data interpretation, and logical reasoning. Daily responsibilities include assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to different learning levels. The role also involves collaborating with academic coordinators, contributing to training content, and supporting workshops or bootcamps to ensure participants meet placement standards.Qualifications Strong quantitative aptitude and problem-solving skills, with ability to teach arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation, and logical reasoning clearly.Experience in classroom training, coaching, or mentoring students for campus placements, competitive exams, or aptitude tests.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured manner.Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching, including presentation software, online test platforms, and basic productivity applications.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or a related field; higher qualifications or certifications in training or education are an advantage.Comfortable working on-site in Jodhpur, with flexibility to conduct sessions on weekdays and weekends as required.Prior experience with campus recruitment training, test-prep organizations, or corporate training is preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage large batches, maintain classroom discipline, and motivate learners to achieve placement goals.
