Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer

Ahmadyar Developments is seeking a Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer to join our Projects Department and manage quantity surveying, contractor billing, cost control, procurement support, and commercial documentation across our real estate development projects.The role will be responsible for accurate quantity measurement, BOQ preparation, contractor bill verification, cost tracking, variation management, and monthly cost reporting while coordinating closely with Site, Commercial, Procurement, and Project Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on drawings, specifications and contract documents.Carry out site measurements and verify completed works against approved drawings and contract requirements.Prepare and maintain detailed quantity, billing, and cost records.Support procurement and tendering activities by providing accurate quantities, specifications, BOQs, and cost information.Prepare, evaluate, and track variation orders and associated quantity and cost calculations.Coordinate with Site, Commercial, Procurement, Planning, and Project Management teams to ensure billing and cost information is accurate.Support monthly cost reporting, budget monitoring, and project cost forecasting.Ensure all measurements, bills, variations, and cost records are properly documented and traceable.

Requirements

BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.4–6 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Cost Control, or Commercial functions.Experience with real estate development projects, main contractors, developers, or consultants.Strong practical knowledge of: Quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation,Site measurements Contractor billing.To apply, please send your updated CV to hr@ahmadyardevelopments.com, mentioning the position title in the subject line.
