Role SummaryWe are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost management, procurement and commercial activities for a large-scale international football tournament in Saudi Arabia. The role will support the preparation and tracking of project costs, quantities, budgets and supplier documentation across tournament-related projects and venues.About the project: a high-profile, international football tournamentContract: Immediate till March 31, 2027Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation of cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs and pricing documentsConduct feasibility studies and value engineering to optimize project costsAdminister contracts, including variations, claims, and payment certificationsAssist with procurement activities, including RFQs, tender documentation and bid evaluations.Monitor project expenditure and report on cost variances to stakeholdersLiaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate pricing and resolve disputesReview and verify subcontractor invoices and progress claimsEnsure compliance with local regulations, standards, and procurement proceduresRequired QualificationsSaudi NationalExperience RequirementAt least 2 years’ experience in quantity surveying or cost management rolesExperience in large-scale events, venues, construction projects or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantageBasic understanding of BOQs, cost estimation, measurements, procurement and commercial documentationProficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar)Location / Work ModeRiyadh, Saudi Arabia — On-site
