Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator to join our project team, supporting the commercial and cost management of major infrastructure and water-sector projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost estimates, BOQs, budgets and forecasts.Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports.Assess and manage variations, claims and changes.Review contractor and subcontractor valuations and quotations.Support tendering, procurement and contract administration.Carry out site visits to assess progress and associated costs.Identify commercial risks and opportunities for cost savings.Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.Key Requirements5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation or Cost Control.Experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure or water-sector projects.Strong experience with claims, variations and cost control.Experience with contractors/subcontractors and commercial documentation.Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.Saudi Arabia experience is highly desirable.RICS or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
