Joining Time  Immediate Requirement Type of Project / Duties of the Job: Duties include:Delivering the Cost Consultancy / Quantity Surveying Services during the pre-contract stage undertaken by the Company in the role of Cost Consultant.Quantity take-off, Cost estimating, and cost planning during design phases.Key tasks include Pre-Contract Quantity Surveying, including evaluation of variations and payment applications, preparing cost reports and commercial correspondence, coordinating with the project parties, attending meetings, evaluating claims, etc. Reporting Line:  Commercial Director SkillsBOQ preparation and pricing Support in tender documentationCoordination with project parties Contract Administration Valuation of contract payment application Valuation of contract variations Preparation of cost report and cash flow Education Requirements (Including Certification requirements)Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil/Arch. Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
