قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجCompany descriptionAt Qarakal Quantum, we are not simply building a larger QPU—we are building the quantum computer as a complete system. Based on superconducting qubits, our modular and scalable architecture brings together quantum hardware, classical control, system software, fault tolerance, and applications. We believe the next breakthrough in quantum computing will come not from optimizing each layer independently, but from designing the entire stack to work as one. This full-system co-design approach creates a rare opportunity to deepen your expertise while collaborating with exceptional people across physics, mathematics, computer science, and engineering. If you are ready to challenge established assumptions, push beyond incremental progress, and help create the architectures that will turn quantum processors into practical, general-purpose quantum computers, this is the place for you. What you'll doDevelop and advance theories of superconducting quantum circuits, focusing on novel qubit architectures and interactions.Construct analytical and numerical quantum-mechanical models of superconducting qubit systems.Develop and run large-scale numerical simulations of systems with millions of degrees of freedom.Simulate qubit dynamics, gate operations, and readout mechanisms.Analyze device behavior, performance limitations, and design trade-offs.Identify advances in quantum information science and opportunities to integrate them into our stack.QualificationsPhD in Quantum Physics or a related field; exceptional MSc candidates with substantial relevant research experience will also be considered. At least three years of relevant research or industry experience.Strong expertise in advanced quantum mechanics, including many-body physics and perturbation theory.Strong proficiency in Python or a comparable high-level programming language, including object-oriented programming.Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.AdvantagesResearch experience in superconducting quantum circuits, circuit QED, quantum control, or a closely related quantum-hardware field.Experience with open quantum systems.Experience with high-performance computing, numerical optimization, or parallel computing.Demonstrated experience developing large-scale numerical simulations involving millions of degrees of freedom.General information📍 Location: The company operates from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, with this role primarily based in Tel Aviv.🏢 Work environment: On-site position.📩 How to apply: Please send your CV to careers.7@qarakal.ai
