R&D-Assistant

Position PurposeExecute field experimental activities under the coordination of the R&D; Representative, ensuring the proper establishment, application, evaluation, and recording of trial data.Main Responsibilities• Establish and maintain field trials according to experimental protocols.• Prepare treatments and perform experimental applications using CO2-powered spraying equipment.• Calibrate and maintain experimental application equipment in proper working condition.• Conduct evaluations of efficacy, crop selectivity, phytotoxicity, and other variables defined in the protocols.• Perform sampling, photographic records, and other required measurements.• Record and enter experimental data accurately and on time.• Verify the quality and consistency of collected data.• Support the analysis and interpretation of results and the preparation of technical reports.• Keep product samples, equipment, materials, and experimental plots properly organized.• Identify and report agronomic or operational situations that could affect trial quality.• Support field activities related to local, regional, and global R&D; projects.Requirements• Degree in Agronomy / Agricultural Engineering.• Knowledge of crop protection and agronomic management.• Experience or strong interest in agricultural field experimentation.• Knowledge of crop protection product application and equipment calibration.• Proficiency in Excel and data collection and management tools.• Availability for intensive field work and travel.• Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented profile.• English proficiency is desirable.
