(ABISCO) is looking for an experienced R&D professional specializing in Dry Mix Products to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in the formulation, development, scale-up, and continuous improvement of powder-based food products, particularly:• Cake Mixes• Jelly Mixes• Custard Powder• Crème Caramel• Instant Juice Powders• Other Dry Mix / Powder-Based Food ProductsKey Responsibilities• Develop and commercialize new dry mix products from laboratory concept to full-scale production.• Improve existing formulations for quality, taste, functionality, shelf life, and cost optimization.• Conduct laboratory and factory trials and establish suitable processing parameters.• Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, flavors, starches, hydrocolloids, raising agents, and colorants.• Troubleshoot powder-related issues including caking, segregation, flowability, solubility, and moisture sensitivity.• Benchmark competitor products and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.• Prepare product specifications, formulations, manufacturing instructions, trial reports, and technical documentation.• Work closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product commercialization.Candidate Profile🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.💼 Minimum 5 years of relevant R&D experience, preferably in a dry mix food manufacturing environment.🔬 Strong knowledge of powder technology, ingredient functionality, blending processes, and product scale-up.🏭 Proven experience in successfully taking products from R&D trials to commercial production.🌐 Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaIf you have strong technical expertise in dry mix product development and a passion for turning innovative ideas into successful commercial products, we would be pleased to hear from you.Interested candidates are invited to apply/share their updated CV through the official application channel.#Hiring #RND #FoodTechnology #FoodScience #ProductDevelopment #DryMix #FoodManufacturing #FMCG #FoodInnovation #RiyadhJobs #SaudiArabiaJobs #ABISCO
