In this role, you will conduct chemical research, develop new formulations, and optimize existing processes to support our organization's innovation objectives. You will work in a collaborative environment where your analytical expertise and organized approach to problem-solving will drive meaningful contributions to our product development initiatives.Conduct chemical synthesis, analysis and testing using laboratory techniques and instrumentation to support research objectivesDesign and execute experiments following established protocols, documenting all procedures and results with precisionAnalyze experimental data, interpret findings and prepare comprehensive technical reports for internal stakeholdersDevelop and optimize chemical formulations and processes to improve efficiency and product qualityMaintain accurate and organized laboratory records, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standardsTroubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to resolve challenges in research projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, production, and regulatory affairs to support product developmentStay current with industry advancements and emerging research methodologies relevant to the fieldEnsure all laboratory work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulationsContribute to the preparation of technical documentation, research proposals, and regulatory submissions as neededQualificationsGraduation Chemistry
