R&D Leader - Cellulose chemistry

To support the R&D/QC team in the synthesis, modification, and characterization of cellulose and cellulose derivatives (e.g., CMC, HPMC, MCC, cellulose acetate, nitrocellulose). The role involves conducting laboratory experiments, analytical testing, and documentation under the guidance of senior chemists, while adhering to safety and quality standards.
