R&D leader - Dairy Ingredients (m/f/d)

We are currently working with a global dairy company within their international food ingredients business who are currently looking for an R&D leader following a planned restructure to allow for upcoming growth. You will be reporting in to the global director of R&D and be responsible for driving innovation, product development and executing R&D strategy for the dairy ingredients business. Role: Drive innovation projects from concept through to commercialisation across protein and dairy ingredient applications.Manage and develop a team of scientists, product developers and technical experts. Working with external stakeholders, translating market insights and technical requirements into commercial solutions

Requirements

Proven leadership experience within R&D, product development, innovation in the food, dairy, ingredients or nutrition sectorExperience delivering products from conception to industrial production and commercial success.Degree qualified in food science, dairy technology or related scientific discipline.
