R&D Manager

Location: Binh DuongRole DescriptionSupport the development and execution of R&D and innovation strategies aligned with business objectives.Manage the R&D project portfolio, including project prioritization, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and KPIs.Lead cross-functional projects from concept development to product commercialization.Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, QA/QC, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders.Conduct market and trend analysis, customer insights, and competitor research to support the innovation pipeline.Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and external partners on innovation projects.Prepare project dashboards and management reports, analyze project performance, and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications5+ years of experience in R&D Project Management, Innovation, Strategy, or Portfolio Management, preferably in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods.Proven experience in cross-functional project management and stakeholder coordination.Experience in product development and commercialization is preferred.Strong project management, strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
