R&D Mechanical Engineer

المهام الرئيسية:المساهمة في تصميم وتطوير منتجات ميكانيكية جديدة.إعداد الرسومات الهندسية والنماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد باستخدام SolidWorks.تطوير النماذج الأولية والمشاركة في اختبارها وتحليل نتائجها.تحسين المنتجات الحالية من حيث الأداء والجودة والتكلفة وقابلية التصنيع.التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة والمشتريات لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بكفاءة.تحليل المشكلات الفنية والمشاركة في إيجاد الحلول المناسبة.إعداد التقارير الفنية والمساهمة في مشاريع التحسين المستمر.المؤهلات المطلوبة:بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.إجادة استخدام SolidWorks.معرفة بالرسم الهندسي ومبادئ التصميم من أجل التصنيع (DFM).معرفة أساسية بـ GD&T تُعد ميزة إضافية.مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.مستوى جيد جداً في اللغة الإنجليزية.يفضل توفر المعرفة في:أنظمة التكييف والتبريد (HVAC).الضواغط، المبادلات الحرارية، وأنظمة تدفق الهواء.برامج ANSYS أو SolidWorks Simulation أو SolidWorks Flow Simulation.المواد الهندسية وخصائصها، ومبادئ مقاومة التآكل والاهتزازات.التدريب التعاوني أو المشاريع الجامعية في التصميم الميكانيكي أو أنظمة التكييف والتبريد. نأمل إرسال السيرة الذاتية مع كتابة المسمى الوظيفي في عنوان الإيميل إلى: Job@jzfalcon.com Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and development of new mechanical products.Prepare engineering drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks.Develop prototypes and participate in testing, evaluation, and analysis.Improve existing products in terms of performance, quality, cost, and manufacturability.Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Procurement teams to ensure efficient project execution.Analyze technical issues and contribute to identifying effective engineering solutions.Prepare technical reports and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Proficiency in SolidWorks.Knowledge of engineering drawings and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.Basic knowledge of GD&T is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Very good command of written and spoken English. Preferred Knowledge: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.Compressors, heat exchangers, and airflow systems.Experience with ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, or SolidWorks Flow Simulation.Knowledge of engineering materials, corrosion resistance, vibration, and thermal performance.Internship, cooperative training, or graduation projects related to mechanical design or HVAC systems are considered an advantage.  To apply, please send your CV and mention the job title in the email subject line to: Job@jzfalcon.com
