We're looking for an experienced R&D Product Development Lead to join our team and drive the development of Culinary & Sauces products from concept to commercialization.What You'll Do:✔ Lead new product development (NPD) and product optimization✔ Develop and improve formulations for taste, texture, shelf life, and cost efficiency✔ Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing✔ Collaborate with Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement teams✔ Support raw material evaluation and supplier qualificationWhat We're Looking For:🔹 3–5 years of R&D experience in the FMCG/Agri-Food industry🔹 Hands-on experience with sauces, dressings, or culinary wet products🔹 B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Food Science, Agriculture, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field🔹 Strong knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, thermal processing, HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP
