Now, we’re looking for a “R&D Product Manager”, who would contribute us to shape the next chapter of digitalization.Must HavePersonally built or evaluated machine learning models — not just managed people who didOwned at least one ML or data product end to end, from problem definition to productionHands-on with Python and SQL in a working context, not as listed skillsPractical experience with LLM-based systems: prompting, RAG, evaluation, or cost/latency tradeoffsAt least one business outcome metric tied to their work — conversion, revenue, engagement — not only model metrics like AUC or F1Experience working inside a larger organization with business stakeholdersReads English technical material comfortablyNice to HaveRecommendation, ranking, search relevance, NLP, or forecasting background.Marketplace, two-sided platform, e-commerce, banking analytics, or HR tech domain.Startup founding experience combined with corporate experience.PhD in CS, EE, IE, Statistics, or OR with at least 2 years in industry afterwards.Public evidence of depth: GitHub activity, technical blog, publications, or conference talks.Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the law and as specified in the clarification text.
