Oficinas Torre Iberdrola (Bilbao) / Vitoria-Gasteiz | HybridABOUT USLantek is a leading multinational company in software solutions for the industrial sector, specialized in Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.With over 400 professionals and presence in 17 countries, we are committed to continuous innovation to optimize manufacturing processes on a global scale.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced R&D Program Manager, responsible for leading and coordinating a strategic international software transformation program aimed at consolidating multiple existing software solutions into a single global Cloud platform.This position will drive the program end-to-end, coordinating international teams and aligning product strategy, software development, and business stakeholders.This role requires a strong combination of program leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management in complex international environments.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESLead the transformation of multiple existing solutions into a unified Cloud platform.Define program structure, governance, KPIs, and execution roadmap.Coordinate international cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Business areas.Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and program execution.Align distributed teams and foster a strong collaborative culture.Report progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCETechnical background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar.8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within software or product development environments.Strong experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries, legal entities, business units, and external partners.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and align business, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders in international matrix organizations.Solid understanding of software development processes and agile environments.Highly Valued Experience in industrial software environments such as MES, ERP, CAD/CAM, manufacturing execution, or other Industry 4.0 solutions.Familiarity with Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar certifications.SKILLS & ABILITIESFluent English communication skills.Strong execution and delivery focus.Strong organizational, planning, and program management capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.Structured, KPI-driven, and results-oriented mindset.Ability to work effectively in multicultural and matrix organizations.Strong leadership and communication capabilities.WHY JOIN LANTEK?Lead a strategic global transformation initiative with high business impact.Work in an international and innovation-driven environment.Be part of a company shaping the future of digital manufacturing.Collaborate with multicultural teams across multiple countries and technologies.Opportunity to influence organizational evolution and contribute to state-of-the-art products.Disclaimer: The data controller of your personal data is Lantek Sheet Metal Solutions, S.L.U with tax identification number B-01395698.
