In this role, you will perform and supervise high-quality imaging procedures while leading clinical workflow and maintaining strict radiation safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Imaging & Support: Perform and oversee X-ray, CT, BMD, and ultrasound-assisted procedures. Support interventional cases including biopsies and pain management.Workflow & Leadership: Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, mentor junior radiographers and technical staff, and ensure efficient patient flow.Collaboration: Partner closely with senior radiologists and referring clinicians to ensure timely, accurate diagnostic outcomes.Quality & Safety: Perform routine equipment QC checks, troubleshoot technical issues, adhere to radiation protection protocols, and lead patient safety initiatives including DIAS requirements. Administration: Maintain detailed, accurate imaging records and clinical documentation within RIS/PACS.Candidate RequirementsEducation & Registration: Tertiary qualification in Medical Imaging / Radiography with current registration (or immediate eligibility) with the relevant professional body.Clinical Expertise: Proven track record in diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures within a clinical or radiology practice setting.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to guide, support, and mentor junior technical staff while maintaining workflow efficiency.Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern imaging equipment, PACS, and RIS software.Safety & Standards: In-depth understanding of radiation safety principles, quality control, and clinical governance.Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach to care and collaborative teamwork.Remuneration & BenefitsSalary: An attractive salary commensurate with experience ($45.00 – $55.00+ / hr , negotiable based on modality expertise and experience track record).Environment: Supportive work culture with high clinical standards and exposure to diverse modalities.
