قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition: Radiography Technician / NDT TechnicianDepartment: Quality / NDTExperience: 3–5 yearsLocation: Marathahalli,Bangalore.Candidates must possess valid BARC Level II certification and ASNT Level IIKey ResponsibilitiesPerform Radiographic Testing (RT) using X-ray/Gamma-ray equipment.Conduct radiography of weld joints, piping, pressure vessels, boilers, and structural components.Carry out film/digital image processing, interpretation, and evaluation.Identify and report welding defects such as cracks, porosity, slag inclusion, lack of fusion, and lack of penetration.Ensure proper positioning, exposure, IQI selection, density, sensitivity, and image quality.Prepare RT reports, radiographs, inspection records, and documentation.Follow applicable standards, codes, and approved NDT procedures.Coordinate with QA/QC, welding, and site teams during inspection activities.Maintain RT equipment and ensure calibration/validity of inspection instruments.Strictly follow radiation safety procedures, including barricading, area monitoring, dosimeter usage, and regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with site HSE and quality requirements.Mandatory Qualifications & CertificationsB.Sc./Diploma/ITI in relevant technical discipline.BARC Level II / Radiation Safety certification – Mandatory.ASNT Level II – Radiographic Testing (RT) – Mandatory.Valid radiation safety credentials as applicable to the project and statutory requirements.Knowledge of relevant ASME, AWS, API, ISO, and applicable NDT standards is preferred.Required SkillsGood knowledge of industrial radiography techniques and radiation safety.Ability to interpret radiographs accurately.Knowledge of welding defects and acceptance criteria.Familiarity with RT procedures, exposure techniques, IQI and image-quality requirements.Good documentation and reporting skills.Ability to work independently at project/site locations.
