The organization values professionalism, integrity, and long-term career development for the individuals it represents.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Radiographer role based in Baulkham Hills, NSW. The Radiographer will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, operate radiologic equipment, and ensure high-quality images are produced to support accurate clinical decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing patients for imaging, explaining procedures, positioning patients and equipment, and following strict radiation safety protocols. The role involves collaborating with medical and nursing teams, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting workflow efficiency in the imaging department. The Radiographer will also participate in equipment quality checks and contribute to continuous improvement of imaging practices and patient experience.QualificationsThey do require competence in CTCA and CT in general. They need to be able to perform general XR and BMD/DEXA.Mammography is highly desired.Demonstrated understanding of Radiation Safety and Radiation principles to protect patients, colleagues, and self.Relevant tertiary qualification in Medical Imaging or Radiography and current registration/licensing as required in NSW.Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, manage multiple cases, and adhere to clinical protocols and regulations.Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in radiologic practice.
