The Xray Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiologic equipment while adhering to radiation safety practices. Responsibilities include positioning patients for radiographs/occasional OR procedures, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure accuracy and quality in diagnostics.QualificationsMust hold an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certificationMust hold a valid NJ State LicenseKnowledge of Radiation Safety protocols and ability to implement them effectivelyProficiency in operating Radiologic Technology and performing imaging proceduresUnderstanding of Radiology and the application of medical imaging in diagnosing conditionsAttention to detail, strong organizational skills, and patient-focused communicationAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical settingPrior experience in an orthopedic or healthcare environment is a plusCompletion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
