Position SummaryThe Radiologic Technologist/Clinical Assistant performs radiology procedures and prepares patients according to quality guidelines while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. This role is responsible for accurate documentation, equipment quality checks, minor maintenance, and supporting additional cases or travel to other clinics as needed. The position requires effective communication with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.Locations: West Chester/Kennett SquareKOP, with coverage as needed in Ridley Park, Center City and Cherry Hill, NJWest Chester and HavertownKOP and Center CityResponsibilities:Perform radiology procedures as ordered and prepare patients according to quality standardsComplete all forms, billing, and documentation accurately; maintain patient records, logs, and reportsSupport Provider in the clinic with Medical Assistant Responsibilities as needed. Conduct equipment quality checks, perform minor maintenance, and report issues to managementEnsure compliance with safety standards, HIPAA, and OSHA regulationsAssist with add-on cases and travel to other clinic locations as neededCommunicate effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and other departmentsAddress patient questions or concerns to ensure satisfactionAttend required department meetingsExperience in an orthopaedic or musculoskeletal imaging setting is beneficial but not required.QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Associate’s Degree in Radiology TechnologyLicenses & Certifications:ARRT Certification (Pennsylvania required New Jersey preferred)State X-Ray Radiology LicenseExperience:One to two years of experience as a Radiology Technologist in a hospital or clinic environmentAbout Premier Orthopaedics & Philadelphia Hand to ShoulderPremier Orthopaedics and Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center (PHSC) are leading providers of comprehensive musculoskeletal care throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.Premier Orthopaedics delivers expert treatment for orthopedic injuries, joint disease, interventional spine care, regenerative medicine, and comprehensive physical therapy services, supported by more than 170 providers across 50+ locations.
