The team provides comprehensive musculoskeletal care, including orthopedic evaluations, sports medicine services, physical therapy, and regenerative treatment options. Clinicians and staff collaborate closely to deliver patient-focused, evidence-based care in a supportive environment.Role Description The Radiologic Technologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pembroke Pines, FL. This role is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and other ordered studies, in support of orthopedic and sports medicine providers. Daily responsibilities include preparing patients for imaging, positioning patients safely, operating radiologic equipment, and ensuring image quality according to clinical protocols. The Radiologic Technologist will follow radiation safety standards, maintain accurate patient and imaging records, and assist providers by reviewing images and coordinating with the care team. Additional tasks include maintaining equipment, supporting workflow in the clinic, and contributing to a positive, patient-centered experience.Qualifications Strong technical skills in performing diagnostic radiologic procedures, positioning patients, and operating imaging equipment.Knowledge of radiation safety practices, infection control, and compliance with regulatory and clinic protocols.Ability to communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, provide patient instructions, and offer compassionate, respectful care.Attention to detail in capturing high-quality images, documenting procedures, and maintaining accurate records in electronic systems.Effective time management and teamwork skills to support a fast-paced orthopedic and sports medicine environment.Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and current ARRT certification or eligibility.Current state licensure (or ability to obtain licensure) as required for Radiologic Technologists in Florida.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and familiarity with orthopedic and sports medicine settings are beneficial.
