Radiology Technologist 📍 Brighton, MA 02135💼 Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site💰 Salary: $83,636 – $124,259/year🎁 Signing Bonus Available🕐 Overnight Availability Required: Friday, Saturday & SundayAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations while providing safe, compassionate care to patients.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostic radiographic examinations accurately and efficiently.Properly position and prepare patients for examinations.Operate radiographic equipment while following radiation safety protocols.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize repeat imaging.Communicate effectively with patients and explain examination procedures.Assist with patient transport and other patient-care activities as needed.Complete patient tracking, billing, report transcription, and film retrieval functions.Assist with daily equipment/processor quality-control activities.Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor with patients and staff.RequirementsSuccessful completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program.Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.Valid Massachusetts State Radiologic Technology license or temporary license.ARRT certification required, or eligible with one year to obtain certification.BLS certification required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be available to work overnight shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.Compensation & Benefits$83,636 – $124,259 annuallySigning bonusMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceRetirement benefitsPaid time offInterview ProcessVirtual interview with the Hiring ManagerTeam interview/tour
