With a strong focus on patient-centric care and high-quality diagnostics, Focus Pathlab offers healthcare professionals the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, outcome-driven clinical work in a growing regional hub.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Radiologist role based in Bareilly at Focus Pathlab & Focus MRI & Diagnostic. The Radiologist will perform and interpret a variety of imaging studies, including MRI, CT (including AI-powered CT and CT Coronary Angiography), and other radiologic examinations, delivering clear, clinically useful reports for referring physicians. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, ensuring appropriate imaging protocols, supervising or guiding technologists during procedures, and verifying image quality and safety standards. The role involves collaborating closely with clinicians to support early detection and accurate diagnosis, participating in multidisciplinary discussions when needed, and helping optimize imaging workflows and protocols. The Radiologist is also expected to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, maintain up-to-date knowledge of imaging advances, and contribute to continuous improvement in patient care and diagnostic accuracy.Qualifications Strong clinical expertise in interpreting MRI, CT (including CT Coronary Angiography), and other common radiologic modalities.Ability to correlate imaging findings with clinical information to provide precise, actionable diagnostic reports.Proficiency in using modern radiology equipment and imaging software, including familiarity with AI-enabled diagnostic tools.Commitment to patient safety and quality standards, including radiation safety practices and adherence to relevant guidelines.Effective communication skills for collaborating with referring physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals.Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume diagnostic environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Radiology (e.g., MD/DNB or equivalent), with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.Prior experience in diagnostic centers or hospitals with advanced imaging facilities is highly beneficial.Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and adopt evolving best practices in radiology.
