The Radiologist will perform and interpret a wide range of medical imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and other modalities as required, ensuring accurate, timely diagnostic reports. Daily responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, collaborating with referring physicians, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and recommending appropriate imaging procedures. The role also involves maintaining high standards of quality and safety in imaging practices, adhering to regulatory and institutional protocols, and supporting continuous improvement in diagnostic services. The Radiologist may provide guidance to technologists and contribute to patient education regarding imaging procedures when needed.Qualifications Strong foundation in clinical Medicine, with the ability to integrate imaging findings with patient history and examination.Demonstrated expertise in Radiology and Medical Imaging, including the interpretation of common and complex imaging studies.Experience or training in Nuclear Medicine for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, where applicable.Proficiency in Mammography and breast imaging, including screening and diagnostic studies.Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed residency or specialization in Radiology.Valid medical license and radiology certification as required by local regulations.Commitment to evidence-based practice, radiation safety, and high-quality patient care.Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, and strong attention to detail.Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and electronic medical record systems; comfort with new imaging technologies.Willingness to participate in continuing professional development and adapt to evolving clinical guidelines.
