The Radiologist will review and interpret medical imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and other relevant modalities, to provide accurate diagnostic reports. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with referring clinicians, participating in multidisciplinary discussions, and ensuring timely communication of critical findings. The role also involves maintaining high standards of imaging quality, adhering to safety and radiation protection protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement of diagnostic services. The Radiologist is expected to support evidence-based practice, uphold ethical standards, and provide patient-centered care.Qualifications Strong foundation in clinical Medicine, with the ability to correlate imaging findings with clinical presentations.Advanced skills in Radiology, including interpretation of common and complex imaging studies and familiarity with modern imaging technologies.Experience or training in Nuclear Medicine, with understanding of functional imaging and radiation safety principles.Competence in Medical Imaging workflows, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and interventional procedures, where applicable.Specific expertise in Mammography, including screening, diagnostic imaging, and quality assurance practices.Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed residency or postgraduate qualification in Radiology (MD/DNB or equivalent).Valid medical license and eligibility to practice as a Radiologist as per local regulatory requirements.Attention to detail, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to ongoing professional development, familiarity with current guidelines, and comfort with digital radiology systems (PACS/RIS).Effective communication skills and a patient-focused, ethical approach to clinical practice.
