Services include MRI, CT, digital X-ray, interventional radiology, ultrasound and Doppler, digital mammogram, bone densitometry, and comprehensive dental imaging.Role Description The Radiology Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Qalyubiyah, Egypt. The individual in this role will perform and interpret a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, such as MRI, CT scans, digital X-rays, ultrasound, Doppler, and mammography, in accordance with clinical standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities include collaborating with referring physicians to clarify clinical indications, preparing patients for procedures, ensuring accurate imaging acquisition, and documenting findings in clear, timely reports. The Radiology Specialist will monitor equipment performance, support quality assurance activities, and adhere to radiation safety and infection control guidelines. The role also involves participating in case discussions, contributing to continuous improvement of clinical workflows, and providing compassionate, culturally sensitive patient care.QualificationsStrong foundation in Radiology and Medicine, with the ability to perform and interpret diverse diagnostic imaging studies.Demonstrated expertise in Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear imaging techniques, including appropriate clinical indications and applications.Thorough understanding of Radiation Safety principles, with commitment to minimizing exposure and complying with regulatory standards.Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with residency or specialist training in Radiology; board certification or eligibility in Radiology is preferred.Valid professional license to practice in Egypt or eligibility to obtain registration as required by local regulations.Experience ultrasound, digital X-ray, mammography, and interventional radiology in a clinical setting is highly beneficial.Strong diagnostic judgment, attention to detail, and ability to produce clear, concise imaging reports.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and support patient education.Commitment to ongoing professional development and familiarity with current radiological guidelines and technologies.
