Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Completion of accredited radiography school or hospital-based program. Proficient in handling continuous interruptions and high-stress environments. Ability to assess and respond to rapidly changing situations. Skilled in operating computers and imaging equipment. Capable of concentrating on detailed tasks for extended periods. Commitment to continuing education requirements. Qualifications ARRT registered Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire. BLS certification within 90 days. NY State DOH Licensure or Limited Permit upon hire. DOH IV Certification within 180 days. Commitment to radiation dose safety pledges.
