Raw Material & Unit Head

Job Description Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, receiving, storage, issuing & dispatching. Lead warehouse teams and ensure productivity and compliance. Manage internal & external warehouses and coordinate with third-party storage providers. Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct periodic & annual physical counts. Monitor warehouse KPIs and improve operational efficiency. Ensure proper handling of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts & finished goods. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Finance & Quality. Implement warehouse procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements 10–15 years of relevant warehouse management experience. Manufacturing / Industrial experience is highly preferred . Strong knowledge of inventory control & warehouse operations . Proven experience managing external warehouses . Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills. ERP experience is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
