Employment Type: Full-Time | On-SiteWorking Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PMWorking Days: 6 days a weekExperience: Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experienceSalary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per monthQualification: M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology preferred / M.A. in Clinical PsychologyAbout the RoleMindsight Clinic is looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at our Malad West clinic.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients across different age groups and have strong clinical assessment and counselling skills.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct individual counselling sessions for clients across all age groups, including children, adolescents and adults.Conduct couple and family counselling sessions where appropriate.Assess clients' psychological and emotional concerns and develop suitable intervention plans.Administer, score and interpret psychological assessments as per standard protocols.Prepare clear and comprehensive psychological assessment reports.Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records and documentation.Provide evidence-based psychological interventions based on the client's needs.Monitor client progress and modify interventions when required.Coordinate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals when required.Conduct psychoeducation and mental health awareness sessions/workshops as required.Maintain professional, ethical and client-centred standards at all times.Clinical Assessment SkillsCandidates should have good knowledge and practical exposure to clinical and psychological testing, including, but not limited to:MCMITAT (Thematic Apperception Test)ROR (Rorschach/Inkblot assessment)Other relevant psychological and clinical assessmentsStrong knowledge of test administration, scoring, interpretation and report writing will be an advantage.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who have:Strong counselling and clinical assessment skillsExperience working with clients across different age groupsGood knowledge of psychological testing and assessmentStrong case conceptualisation and report-writing skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsA professional, empathetic and ethical approachAbility to work independently as well as as part of a multidisciplinary teamInterview ProcessThe selection process will involve approximately 3–4 rounds of interviews, including clinical/technical discussions and interactions with the management team.Interested CandidatesIf you are interested in this opportunity and meet the above requirements, please share your updated CV with us.We look forward to hearing from you and exploring the possibility of having you join the Mindsight Clinic team.
