Guided by core values of awareness, compassion, growth, healing, and community, the organization is committed to building a mentally healthier society where seeking help is embraced and every story is valued.Role Description The RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based, trauma-informed psychological assessment and therapy services to clients in the Greater Delhi Area. This full-time, on-site role includes conducting clinical interviews, administering and interpreting psychological tests, developing individualized treatment plans, and offering ongoing counseling and psychotherapy. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals, and participating in case discussions and supervision sessions. The Clinical Psychologist will contribute to psychoeducational initiatives, workshops, and awareness campaigns, and may support training and supervision for interns and early-career professionals. The position requires a strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and creating a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment aligned with Soul Meets Psyche’s mission and values.Qualifications Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with demonstrated ability to apply psychological theories to clinical practice.Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.Expertise in Counseling Psychology, with experience in delivering individual, group, and family interventions using evidence-based modalities.Experience in Clinical Supervision, case discussions, or mentoring aspiring psychologists is highly desirable.RCI license as a Clinical Psychologist and a Master’s/M.Phil/Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent recognized qualification.Strong ethical judgment, cultural competence, and commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered care.Excellent communication skills, ability to maintain clear documentation, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Experience in community mental health, workshops, outreach, or psychoeducation initiatives is an advantage.
