RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist

About the RoleMindery is looking for an experienced RCI Licensed/Registered Clinical Psychologist to provide clinical psychological support.The psychologist will be responsible for conducting individual sessions, psychological assessments, evidence-based interventions, follow-ups, and appropriate management or escalation of high-risk cases.Key Responsibilities1.⁠ ⁠Conduct one-on-one clinical counselling and psychological intervention sessions for clients experiencing emotional, psychological, behavioural, academic, or interpersonal concerns.2.⁠ ⁠Conduct clinical assessments and psychological evaluations as required, using appropriate assessment tools and techniques.3.⁠ ⁠Assess and manage high-risk or clinically significant cases, including appropriate crisis intervention and timely escalation or referral when required.4.⁠ ⁠Conduct follow-up sessions and monitor progress, ensuring continuity of psychological support.5.⁠ ⁠Maintain confidential clinical records and adhere to RCI guidelines, professional ethics, confidentiality, and appropriate clinical boundaries.6.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, where appropriate, while maintaining student confidentiality and professional boundaries.Eligibility & Requirements1.⁠ ⁠RCI Licensed/Registered Clinical Psychologist with a valid registration.2.⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.3.⁠ ⁠Strong experience in psychological assessment, clinical intervention, counselling, and crisis management.4.⁠ ⁠Ability to handle sensitive and confidential cases with professionalism and appropriate clinical judgement.5.⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
