RCM Specialist

It is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, with a strong focus on patient-centered outcomes and faster recovery.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site RCM Specialist role based in Riyadh. The RCM Specialist will manage end-to-end revenue cycle activities, including patient registration oversight, insurance verification, pre-authorizations, coding coordination, and charge capture. The role involves timely claim submission, monitoring and following up on denials, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring accurate payment posting and account reconciliation. The RCM Specialist will collaborate with clinical, front-desk, and finance teams to improve reimbursement, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance with payer regulations and internal policies. The position also includes generating regular RCM reports, analyzing key performance indicators, and contributing to process improvements that support SURGCA’s quality and patient-focused objectives.Qualifications·      Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.·      Strong revenue cycle operations skills.·      Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle management.·      Excellent communication skills for liaising with insurance companies, patients, and clinical staff.·      Prior experience in a hospital, multi-specialty clinic, or healthcare group setting.
