Re-engineering Senior Officer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Process Assessment & Re-engineeringConduct business process assessments by collecting process information, analyzing workflows, and reviewing operational activities to identify optimization opportunities and support process transformation initiatives.Analyze existing business processes by evaluating workflows, operational controls, risks, and performance indicators to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Identify operational bottlenecks, redundant activities, duplicated efforts, and control weaknesses by conducting workflow assessments and operational analysis to improve operational effectiveness.Conduct process redesign initiatives by developing optimized workflows, future-state processes, and operational improvements to support business transformation objectives.Process Optimization & TransformationDevelop future-state process maps (To-Be) by applying process optimization and re-engineering methodologies to improve operational efficiency and support business requirements.Assess operational interfaces, business responsibilities, SLAs, OLAs, and stakeholder interactions by conducting cross-functional analysis to eliminate operational inefficiencies and improve service delivery.Identify operational and implementation risks by conducting impact assessments and recommending corrective and preventive actions to support successful process transformation.Support process automation and digitization initiatives by collaborating with business, technology, compliance, and control functions to improve operational effectiveness.Transformation Governance & Continuous ImprovementConduct service enhancement and process optimization initiatives by analyzing operational issues, identifying quick wins, and supporting implementation activities to improve service quality and operational performance.Support project planning, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and implementation activities to ensure successful execution of re-engineering initiatives.Maintain process documentation, workflows, operational procedures, and transformation records to ensure proper governance and organizational knowledge management.Collaborate with Workforce Assessment & Optimization, Organization Modeling & Design, and Internal Regulations functions to ensure alignment of process enhancements with organizational requirements.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and complaint management processes by executing testing scenarios, reviewing outcomes, and supporting issue resolution activities.Policies, Processes & ProceduresImplement the approved departmental policies, processes and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.Day-to-Day ManagementImplement the day-to-day assigned for the Re-engineering team to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.ComplianceComply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal ADIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain ADIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.3–6 years of experience in Process Re-engineering, Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Organizational Development, Operations or related fields.Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Process Improvement are preferred.Experience within the banking or financial services sector.Soft Skills:Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken).Excellent leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.Excellent planning and organizing skills.
