The organization is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and workplace safety.Role Description The Reach Truck Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The person in this role is responsible for operating reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve pallets and merchandise within the warehouse in a safe, efficient manner. Daily tasks include loading and unloading goods, organizing inventory locations, performing routine equipment checks, and following all safety and handling procedures. The Reach Truck Operator collaborates with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate stock rotation, and clean, orderly storage areas. The role also involves reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed.Qualifications Ability to safely operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment, with valid certifications or licenses where required.Experience in warehouse operations, including pallet handling, inventory movement, and basic stock organization.Knowledge of workplace safety standards and willingness to follow all safety guidelines and procedures.Basic numeracy and literacy skills to read labels, follow instructions, and complete simple documentation.Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials as required, and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow established processes with minimal supervision.Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.Previous experience in a furniture, retail, or logistics warehouse is an advantage; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
